Barloworld Bayside

Barloworld Bayside Development was the conversion of an existing Ikea facility in Moorabbin into a car dealership facility.  This involved the conversion of the existing facility into a workshop and storage area and the construction of new Merceedes Benz and Volkswagen showrooms. It also incorporated the construction of a three storey carpark for new vehicle storage plus the construction of a two storey office facility.  The engineers at SCE Australia were responsible for the structural design, management and coordination of the civil designer.
