Structural Condition Assessments

The team at SCE Australia has been responsible for undertaking a significant number of structural condition assessments at quarries, asphalt plants and concrete plants across Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. 

With our practical approach and working closely with our client, we were able to achieve a site inspection programme that was not only efficient, but also minimised any disruptions to site operations. These condition assessments identified many issues that were simple to fix immediately, but if left unattended could have resulted is serious safety issues and expensive rectifications in the future.

Structural condition assessments are an important part of maintaining and optimising the working life of an existing structure.  Undertaking regular condition assessments can identify issues early before they become significant and costly to rectify. SCE recommends that older facilities undergo a structural condition assessment every 2 years.
